Need handyman services for residences in Downtown Los Angeles
Compensation: $20 per hour
We need an efficient and dependable handyman that can work at your own leisure and schedule.
This is for a long term position.
We provide you a list and you knock it out any day and time at your convenience.
Need to be self-managed. Work early in the mornings or late at nights whichever you prefer.
Projects will include unclogging toilets, troubleshooting broken appliances, moving and hauling furniture, replacing sinks, drywall patching, painting and even larger scale construction projects.
If you are familiar with electrical then you pretty much have the job.
Living locally near downtown LA is a huge plus.Its not worth for you driving a long time to only work a couple of hours.
Also sometimes there are leak emergency that is good to be nearby. In addition, there is no parking.
Public transit is highly encouraged. There are tools at the property as well as a giant work area.

Resident Assistant (RA) Roles and Responsibilities:
Common qualities of successful RAs include leadership, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, integrity, positive role modeling, innovation, peer development, critical thinking, collaboration, teamwork, and a love for the community. The job should be fun for the right person.
Assists residents with the transition to property.
Enforces rules and regulations.
Remains available to residents while on-call.
Assists in supervising residents and responding to complaints, reports, requests and emergencies.
Get people with a lot of followers to promote us on social media.
Submits reports on infractions, violations and safety issues.
Promotes residence hall events.
Informs residents about relevant and local activities.
Facilitates resolution of disagreements between residents.
Manages the booking of short-term guests in accordance with security protocols on a case-by-case basis.
Attends and participates in staff meetings and training sessions.
Organizes and directs regular floor meetings with residents.
Supports residence hall team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
If something spills, pick it up fast and find who did it.
