​About Artist Housing

​ ​Since 2010 Artist Housing has provided accommodations for professionals in the arts and entertainment industry, who want to live and create with others in their field. Anyone can apply. You don't need to be an artist.

Tenants are not just paying for a bed and a roof but for a community to collaborate and benefit one another. This unique experience is motivating and inspiring as you pursue your aspirations in the film and music industry.

With plenty of production equipment and space, including a booth to record audio and a green screen space.  This is the perfect location for actors, filmmakers, musicians, influencers, content creators, painters, fashionistas, podcasters, graphic designers, gamers, etc. You watch the full tour here.

FLEXIBLE MONTH TO MONTH LEASE

We accept all applications and have very short-term and flexible leases. Leases are month to month; we only require you to give a 30-day notice before vacating.   ​​
