Our month-to-month structure is designed for people who want flexibility without committing to a traditional long-term apartment lease.
Beds are furnished, so you can move in without buying bedroom furniture or establishing individual utility accounts.
Female-only and co-ed sleeping areas are available. Depending on availability, certain beds may include additional features such as privacy curtains, private TVs, upgraded mattresses or windows. Queen-size beds may also be available for an additional charge.

Washer and dryer facilities are available on-site. Additional laundry service may also be available for a fee.
No individual utility accounts need to be established by residents.

Because Artist Housing is in central Downtown Los Angeles, residents who bring vehicles should plan separately for parking. Nearby public garages, monthly parking facilities and metered/street parking options are available.

Applicants who require U.S. credit screening pay a $40 screening fee, which is reimbursed if they move in.
International applicants without a U.S. credit history do not require a credit check or screening fee. Alternative documentation may be requested to verify identity, income or rental history.
Applications are normally reviewed within 24 hours, with priority given to applicants who need immediate housing.
