If you have under 600 credit score the deposit will be 2 months rent. However you can use a cosigner with above 650 credit score.
If you qualify we can work with you on installments of the deposit.
First step is to schedule a viewing, if you can't then we can provide as much information online as possible to help you make a secure decision.
To hold a room will require half of the deposit amount upfront. The holding deposit is not refundable if you choose not to move in for any reason, otherwise upon moving in you pay the remaining half of the deposit and first months rent. This will insure you have the room for your arrival so the sooner the better before someone sends payment.
