Perfect for young professionals in the arts and entertainment industry. The huge rooms can be used for most any craft, even filming or music recording. Almost all tenants are in the film or music industry. We have tons of extra greenscreens and camera equipment you can utilize.

We will be doing some construction and some of these rooms will not be available past a certain date, please ask us if you will need more than a month or two. Deposit equals one months rent. Utilities are an additional $55 per person and include commercial grade highest speed internet and several hundred channels of satellite tv, HBO, etc and even netlix and blockbuster accounts.
