We are about to open our clothing and furniture line SlightlyUsedGoods.com along with some partner brands at Madhood.com. Rent comes with the ability to showcase your own stuff, whether its your own art work, old jewelry you want to get rid of, or fashionable designs you want to promote.

You will also be able to access a giant workshop with roll up door for any arts and crafts. 

There is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom all for you to use as well.

For the same price the room can be provided furnished or not. Your choice.

Month to month lease. We also offer daily and weekly rates but its more expensive.

Utilities are additional $55 and include high speed internet, 1000 channels of tv, and even weekly maid service. Also have community bikes for anyone to use around downtown:)

You will have shared access to all of our properties which our DTLA location has a giant film and music recording room as well as office spaces and theater room you can use 24/7.
