The shared room is for girls only. House has 7 bedrooms so we decided to lease one as a shared room for 5 or 4 girls. It's a great community to help or collaborate with aspiring artists.

Share a furnished giant room with a 7' x 8' walk-in closet. memory foam mattresses, TVs on the wall with every internet channel you can imagine we have it.
 
Month to month lease... meaning if you don't like it you can just give a 30-day notice. If you don't like it right as moving in I'll let a 3-week notice slide on your first month. Such to minimize any uncertainty of trying it out for a month.

Rent is $395 and Utilities are only $55 flat fee and include: coin-op WASHER \DRYER, cable and we have accounts for Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Cinemax, and the list goes on and on, on big HD TV, fastest internet possible with advanced wireless routers inside the house and outside in the giant yard, we have a chill-out tiki area with gazebo, swings, hammock, barbecue, and food prep area, couches, sun chairs, work tables, the list goes on. The house has a huge yard so we can add other amenities as time progresses to increase the quality of life and not just a bed and roof. 

PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. If you desire gated tandem parking it will cost $50 more per month.

There is some space for storage so you don't have to keep paying for your storage unit.

5-minute drive to Hollywood or Downtown LA. 

15-minute drive to Beverly Hills or West Hollywood.
 
Also close to major highways and bus stops.
Considered for Student Housing for Los Angeles Institute for Architecture and Design, Abraham Lincoln University Law, Everest College, Colombia West College, Bryan College Los Angeles, Southwestern University. Westwood College, LA Collage International, Joongang College because it is within campus proximity.​
